Managing Partner- Fredrick Redd, MBA, PMP, CMC
Fredrick is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience, specializing in program and project management of systems, processes and people across large complex projects and organizations. Fredrick has held key leadership positions at a global management consulting company, a large public transportation agency and two management firms in New York City. Fredrick is a certified Project Management Professional, a Certified Management Consultant, and has held faculty positions at three major universities. He has an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology and a BS in engineering from the University of Texas. Fredrick has an engaging leadership style, works well under pressure, is flexible, adaptable, a good communicator and collaborates well with others.
